... Finally, some 7.62 rifles. ... PredatOBRs and OBRs - - - Comforting seeing they don't suck 💯 How 'bout them 3 shots in that 0.200" group 😎 💪 ML

Continued refinement of the overall platform, or have the in house Larue barrels been the differentiator vs the original Lothar Walther barrels (which were obviously already dead nuts accurate)? If it's the latter, is there a stand alone barrel purchasing option? 1 like
  -  laruetactical @sjbassen ... It's the latter. We're hellbent on producing consistency, which produces Instant Accuracy(TM). Our competitors are bragging about bashing/pounding their cheap-to-make Hammer-forged barrels out, then unpredictably slathering chrome inside. This produces a bullet-harming device, and "harmed" bullets don't get "harmed" the same way twice in a row. Ammo is too precious to F-up with a barrel someone laughed all the way to the bank after watching another sucker walk off. 3 likes
tacticalslings Sir, my buddy and I were shooting a couple of days ago and he was using his well used 7.62 OBR. I mounted a new scope on it for him 1-6 and shot two three shot groups. One was with NATO 147 grain ball. Then one with my 170 grain Lapua hand loads. He shot both into the same aim point. All ended up on same hole Total group size was .50 moa for all six rounds. It's rarer than an honest politician to get any rifle to shoot two different ammunition types into one hole. Pretty impressive 5 likes
cannaday_ Any UU .308s? 😢 2 likes
ninjadanceoff In your opinion, for semi staged shooting at ranges between 200-700.. Is there any real comparable difference in consistency in accuracy after 20+ rounds between the OBR and Pred given same barrel lengths and ammunition?
  -  laruetactical @ninjadanceoff ... I shoot 💯 yards, in an underground tunnel. And shoot enough rounds to make me comfortable enough to ship the new owner his rifle. 4 likes
kodiak_precision I think that new coffee is helping to shrink groups..... 1 like
brandent1 This is beneficial for all 6 people still shooting a 308 in 2021. Bring on the 6.5's 2 likes

illymost Was that .2 a 20" OBR by chance? Just got my email😂
gearheadkittykat 308 is like heavy-grain 223/5.56 with more muzzle energy with similar trajectories.
