- rxnemo @andycaldwell999 yeah, certainly can be by an ounce or two. can also be lightened though, which is nice when you're going for lightweight. personally I prefer the crispness of billet. I also forge jewelry metals though, so I'm kind of biased knowing the precision is far more consistent with billet.
