... Chat between me and a guy that burnt a LaRue barrel out while he kept good records. Be advised - every barrel is just a wee bit different from the one before or after it. Mostly because chamber reamers wear a little with each chamber they cut. mark_corbui I understand the 51,XXX round count, but is he stating the barrel was key-holing since the 2,000 round count? Not to bang a gong, but I've got 4,000 in my LaRue and it is as good as day one.
- ar15news No, he's saying that after the 51, 749 number he kept shooting 2000 more rounds, and then it started to keyhole.
