Question was answered after I finally reached someone. In a day and age where many companies are readily available through, and prefer you to use, email, DM, text chat, etc.. I much prefer waiting to speak with a voice. It's a fine balance of kindergarden level patience by a customer and an appropriate level customer service by a high end manufacturer. 1 like
