... Not sure I told y'all ... to eliminate all gas hole burrs, we CNC ram-EDM our gas holes. That's a barrel laying longways and the EDM electrode is dropping down through those ceramic(non-conductive) bushings. Yeah, it takes us a lot longer to gas a barrel, but it takes you much less time to break it in. The black "smoke" you see pluming out of the fixture is steel lightning-bolted off the barrel. ML
