- laruetactical @terryccason We were astounded at how well the wire-EDM'd billet S7 Tool steel edges hold up. We would run 20,000 cycles, then pull the entire trigger being tested, run it in our MBT QC electronic gauge, capture the numbers, then put it back in the cycle tester and run another 20k, rinse / repeat. - thiswildadventure @nickdeaner funny you mention that. My UU does the exact same thing and the CH has the wear marks to prove it.
