... I had a personal trainer from 2008-2011 ... and no, it wasn't Senada. I was "Peak Mark" back then. Funny thing is I never lost any weight. Yeah yeah, she hounded me to make an attempt to eat right 🤷 I'm bustin' a move and kicking my barn gym back into shape 💪 ML

mark_133_navy @laruetactical - I hear ya Mark! This 60 something Young sailor (😂) is down 31 lbs since 8/15/2021 - I've been Noom it, and really does fit my life style......and still enjoy a 🥃 🥓 and other's...... just in moderation and less often...but can still have💪⚓
