KABOOM ?!?! I heard in the hallway !! Where ?! What ?! Customer called said his 16" 5.56 PredatAR blew all over hell and half of Georgia👀 Customer had sent it in last week and we fixed it. Here's what I pieced together - Rifle came in in pieces. We got the bolt unattached, then dug the case remnant out, and shazam, a full power 300 BlackOut had been fired into this 5.56 PredatAR and it made it out of the barrel and barrel looked none the worse for wear. My guy said he cleaned chamber vigorously and gave the bore a good cleaning too. Put barrel into a new upper, slapped a new bolt carrier group on it and shot 3 groups at 100 yards with 69 grain Federal Gold Medal Match = 0.6583" 3 group average = 0.625 moa average. PredatAR's pencil barrel didn't care 🤷 no harm no foul 🎯 ML

csolstice032018 Larue Caliber specific dust doors would be most helpful. They all start to look the same.

depredadorsolutions They color code shotgun shells for reasons like this, which made little sense to me when rifle cartridges and pistol cartridges can't be color coated. I pulled the mag out of a pistol that belonged to my wife's coworker and it had 9mm and 40S&W in the mag.

Just wanted to update some results I got with one of your 16" barrels that I used in a recent build. 100 yards 0.592" with Hornady 55 grain FMJ BT w/cannelure. Repeated these results with a couple different five round groups while I was finding the optimal COAL. And the award for Best Barrel Ever goes to...Larue!!! 2 likes
