... Okay, this will confuse some of you, so stop reading now. For the rest of ya, here's the deal. This was a 20" 6.5CM MRGG-S at 100 yards with 140g HPBT Hornady American Gunner, NightForce 5-25. 1st group is me shooting a 5-shot group. 2nd group is me shooting 5 times, each time pulling the scope off, then the handguard off, then the barrel off, then putting it back together and shooting another shot, shoot, disassemble, reassemble, shoot again. #3 is Todd Hodnett doing the same sequence as I did on #2, but Todd's 5 shots were an inch smaller than my five (5). He didn't like the parallax I had on the NF scope that I use for all my groups I regularly shoot. He cranked on the scope a little, then cranked on it some more. Then told me to take a look and tell me if I could see the target clearly and the crosshair clearly. I could indeed, like never before 😎 Anyhow, it's comforting knowing that the 20" PredatOBR/MRGG will shoot 0.764 moa while having the barrel yanked and reinstalled before every shot 🎯 ML

stillten8 ML is a cold bore shot included in your test groups or do you put that round somewhere else?
  -  laruetactical @stillten8 ... the barrel was cold when I started shooting 🤷
  -  stillten8 @laruetactical that's impressive to not have much group deviation from the cold bore shot.
elr_shooter Often times to have proper parallax you target may be a little blurry. You don't want any movement with your reticle. That's what is most important. 💪 2 likes
rhuck1968 Outstanding. 1 like
c12dg_llc That was a good call. Todd showed me parallax error years ago, similar results! 1 like
stiglitzfirearms This is why I love your rifles! SO hard to beat a LaRue AR, in fact damn impossible. 2 likes
alphaloris That's a beautiful test, and an equally beautiful, but entirely expected, result. 1 like
mikebravo_1 So that's where Todd flew! 2 likes
brazosbill "He didn't like the parallax I had on the NF scope that I use for all my groups I regularly shoot." So all those 1/2 groups for all those months were WITH the parallax problem ??? Holy crap! 2 likes
accuracy1st The ability to remove the scope and take the barrel off in between every shot and still hold close to 3/4 moa is incredible. Lots of props to LaRue in doing such and amazing job on this rifle. The truth is his group was only larger due to parallax that was in the scope. But this is the biggest problem we see every week in training. 8 likes
gearheadkittykat This is good quality! Hoping you'll bring out a bolt gun to market 2 likes
perez2021juan that's really cool. Is it via the tOBR barrel nut and wrench?
frazee.69 Nice work
