- joe.r.barone @joe.r.barone did this change on mine today. Takes just a few minutes and super easy. Confirmed bolt can't be closed fully with it folded, but much easier to fit in a case this way. 1 like

- joe.r.barone @laruetactical that is a cool little hidden gem. It took me a few minutes to figure it out because I thought I was missing something when the stock extension didn't just come off when I removed the two small allen bolts. The fit is THAT tight, it just wants to stay in place and took some effort to pull the two pieces apart. I found it ended up being far easier to remove the two small allen bolts first and take the stock extension off before removing the hinge from the chassis.
regularprecisiondude Will they ship that way moving forward? Seems to make a lot of sense. Ensures a smooth surface against your back if carrying with the stock folded.
