  -  pewpewvette @redoak.sooner just a bit in the tip
angrygingertx I've got MK318 Mod1 that goes off like a grenade inside of pigs and it was deemed compliant. Apparently hollow point is fine as long as the open tip is just the result of the manufacturing process (copper drawn from the base to the tip instead of vice versa for example) and not added specifically to do more damage. 2 likes
  -  angrygingertx @angrygingertx Mod0 I meant. I do not have any mod1 versions.

the_barefooter Are there metal hooks embedded in the jacket to keep the core material together? 1 like
  -  laruetactical @the_barefooter ... No, not on match bullets. Center of gravity is extremely important on match bullets. ML
  -  the_barefooter @laruetactical what are those hook looking things that appear lighter than the core material on the inner wall of the jacket?
  -  john_of_the_bridge @the_barefooter looks like it's just shaved metal from cutting it open
lumberjacked_coder Think I'd rather get hit by a hollow point than a Hague approved m193.
