kodiak_precision Never ever one time have I had any issue with any of the several LaRue 308 mags I have. Allot of rounds down range in 3 gun and practice out of a very early OBR. Durable, Dependable and Accurate. Nuff said.

- laruetactical @dustyabner ... If you fired 20 rounds out of a 308, you likely need a shovel. But seriously, to lock back, the bolt needs to retract far enough to allow the magazine's follower to lift the bolt stop up. 1 like
- dustyabner @laruetactical I know been shooting ar's for 9 years lol does it when I hand cycle the bolt too. It's a earlier style mag without the little base plate look. I've posted a that gun.
- laruetactical @dustyabner ... No offense, but I've seen guys with 20 years experience around ARs that are clueless as to how/why they work. As for your situation, we made that mag pad mod (that you pointed out) some years ago, so your mags are a bit long in the tooth. Maybe they need disassembled and cleaned. Or look at the bolt stop, maybe there's a reason it's not getting snagged by the follower. That's all I got. ML 5 likes
