mdunkin75 You can do a renishaw probe on the machine to do quick in process checks which saves tons of time. Also based on your tolerances you could inspect much faster using a high accuracy scanner (look up GOM out of Germany). You can also look into dynamic analysis software like MetalMax from MLI out of Nevada to maximize your cutting speeds and feeds while avoiding chatter / resonance issues.
