Clothing specifically is incredibly difficult to source and produce entirely in the US at a price that people can actually afford when compared to foreign produced clothing. Some absurd percentage of textiles are produced outside of the US, around 98+ percent.

littlelindsee yeah this sucks for sure. Got rid of my Carhartt items too. Careful though, I love 5.11, but they wouldn't let their employees wear shirts that said "Patriot" with an American flag on them in chandler arizona. They took "tactical" off their name/site too.
