- pierced_armor @harrisj115 I've been dealing with Mark and his team at Larue since the '80s and have never experienced anything other than exceptional service. I have literally had dozen upon dozens of interactions with the good people at Larue. The worst thing I can ever remember is they had a new employee that didn't have an immediate answer to a question I had. I left my number late that evening and received a call that next morning. The call wasn't from just anybody, it was the owner. So, you saying that their customer service is somehow subpar makes no since to those of us who are longtime customers. Just out of curiosity, is there any businesses' customer service that you actually do like?
