tacticalslings Mark. We met at Border Patrol TAC years ago. I made the sniper rifle slings US Military used for a long time. On the sling mount it looks best mounted close to the fore end but if you have it just a 1/2 drop away from the fore end it would actually work better in sling position plus help with avoiding the shoulder to hit the bipod when in the shoulder sling position. I used to make a light weight pad just to protect shoulder and back of hand from the bipod 3 likes
