This CubCadet XT1 mower has cruise control. Bought it marked-down at Home Depot. It's almost a zero-turn, turns tight. Set the rpm and speed, then hit the cruise button ... 2 thumbs up. ML

  -  laruetactical @csolstice032018 ... Dunno, but you can get 2 or 3 of these for the same money one good zero-turn costs. And zero-turns don't have cruise control.
hart7644 Just bought one also! Love it!
  -  laruetactical @hart7644 ... 40 years ago I rode the backroads of east Tennessee looking for groundhogs on a trials bike with a 7MM Rem Mag jammed into a saddle scabbard. Scope was a Bausch & Lomb 2.5-8 with a tapered crosshair. ML 2 likes
kevinmichael_67 Needs a scabbard for a Siete 3 likes
claypalmer11 @laruetactical I've got the exact same one. Swap to gator blades by oregon products. You can get them on amazon prime. 2 likes
  -  laruetactical @claypalmer11 ... Pro-tip, thanks. ML 1 like
csolstice032018 It's a good looking ride too. Oregon makes oil, air and gas filters and blades for that. They are as good or better than OEM and save a pile of money.
  -  laruetactical @csolstice032018 ... Please post the part/order numbers in here for me. ML 1 like
storman_67 That's like saying a Ruger is almost a Larue, miles apart 😬 1 like
  -  laruetactical @storman_67 ... Ruger runs mega-volumes ... and it shows. 1 like

asavage79 I pegged you for a zero turn guy. 3 likes
  -  laruetactical @asavage79 ... Zero turns have to be hand flown 100% of the time. 1 like
  -  asavage79 @laruetactical fair enough, but they make it so much easier and faster.
  -  laruetactical @asavage79 ... I respectfully disagree with your characterization of the situation. ML 2 likes
  -  asavage79 @laruetactical I respect your disagreement, sir. 2 likes

  -  laruetactical @mccracken2623 ... They'll come with a couple ... perhaps a zero-slope and another with slope. ML
rgentry27 I love my Cub but it doesn't have cruise control
moashooter It's a good mower have had mine for 3 years with no issues so far knock on wood
bh3187 Lol I have that same mower for two years and your telling me it has cruise control?
  -  laruetactical @bh3187 ... Yep, you get it going like you like, then push that paddle down under the steering wheel then let off the pedal. ML
  -  bh3187 @laruetactical ill be dammed. I thought that was just a neutral lock so I could hop off and open the gates without the engine cutting off. Thanks for the tip 1 like

icecoldmn Nice I second the gator blades I can mow quite a bit faster running them and still get a good cut 1 like
  -  laruetactical @icecoldmn ... So, I could use the Gator blades to run at a somewhat slower RPM, cutting noise levels and saving wear and tear. Check. 1 like
  -  icecoldmn @laruetactical i would think so as they seem to mulch up the grass better and cause less wind rowing, but I also typically run with the plastic guard bungee corded up. I live where it is very sandy soil so my grass is never extremely thick.
ecampe93 Just bought one Myself last month.....great mower
