tacticalslings Sir, for an AR absolutely a ten rds groups is not needed. I only use ten shot groups to test ammo I load for 1000 yard shooting and the reason for ten shots is to track velocity changes as it heats up. I found out if the load grouped in 3-5 rds and then I am looking for minor velocity change over the ten shots 2 likes
