My diesel GMC Canyon gets 28 mpg all day long at 80 mph on Texas highways (yes, where 80 is legal) ... quiet as can be inside too. Be sure to get it with the Bose speakers. ML

natriumoxide Which TX highways that allow 80mph?
  -  thiswildadventure @natriumoxide would you prefer list or paragraph format? 4 likes
  -  laruetactical @natriumoxide ... Toll Road 130 is one. ML 3 likes
  -  bmndz_21 @natriumoxide I-10 going out west towards El Paso
  -  mkivbb @natriumoxide just LOL if you don't drive 80+ on any highway, no matter what the speed limit is... 1 like
  -  goobax @natriumoxide 59/69, parts of I-10, 99, 290, etc. lots of them do once you get out of the city areas
  -  thejoeeckelsisnthererightnow @natriumoxide Toll 130 between Austin and SA has a 85 mph stretch 1 like
k_bash88 Did you get the ZR2?
  -  laruetactical @k_bash88 ... To be exact, it's a "2017 Canyon 4WD SLT Crew Short Box" - ML 5 likes
fubar126 You should hand calculate it when you fill just to verify how accurate your dash is. Mines always at least 2 mpg off 4 likes
  -  mcadams3 @fubar126 this is true. My 18 sierra 4wd is always 2.5 mpg higher than what I actually get. Liars...
ramgriss Love my diesel zr2
original_okra @laruetactical I've got a 2018 Colorado ZR2 with a Duramax. I drive 100 miles round trip to work everyday and I'm getting 27 mph easy. It's very comfortable, even loads with my wife, kids, and GSD.
oathkeepercoffee Must be deleted. Ha
longrangesurfer For someone who deals in precision...you're only going 78. Maybe 79.
2ndvette Looks more like about 78 or 79 mph. Just giving you a hard time. Love Texas speed limits as you can generally get by with 5-9 mph over the limit, but need to validate your speed by gps and not indicated.
peakpg03 @laruetactical now if you delete it it'll get 40 1 like
matta2662 @laruetactical Hopefully you're speeding in to get those drunk IT guys to send out the next BuildAR email, or the Tranquilo email. I'd comment on Arfcom but I got a week lock.
a3addon My gas Colorado Z71 gets 17 in mixed driving. Usually in the 24mph range on the highway. 1 like
ah_deo_up Mine does a little less but it's the zr2 model so no air dam
mk05_hj09 Nice, I'm seeing the same from my Powerstroke F150 👍 1 like
depthcharg3 Ill be happy to even reach 21mpg 😂 1 like
hunter_maxey21 28mpg would be cool but I like my lifted six Door 2500hd Duramax. But I am Thankful to have great innovative companies like @titanfueltanks who make a 52 gallon tank that replaces the factory 20 gallon.
46wlf46 I'm at 20 in my 17 F250 powerstroke.
ohutch207 It's a '17 and you got 82k on it? Take it easy! Haha
t_vallette Gees you drive a lot!
michaellovino Love my '18 ZR2 with the Duramax. Great truck!
venomdefense My 1 ton Sierra gets like 22. 800 miles of highway range is amazing.
jwg223 My man...28mpg is what my turbocharged Mazda with 250hp/310#tq. By 2000rpm gets. Diesels sadly just arent a good path in America like in UK. Gas is cheaper and less support equipment, etc. 1 like
  -  laruetactical @jwg223 ... But your Mazda weighs 300 lbs with you in it. 1 like
lynnglaze Nice! Our '17 F150 Super Crew FX4 3.5L EcoBoost only gets 27 on the highway at 80. It only drops to 22 in the city so we are happy. With the 36 gallon tank we don't have to fill up very often.
flashbang.kd Is that with the diesel motor?
  -  laruetactical @jlj0331 ... Yes, it's the diesel model. It's got half a DuraMax in it and has plenty of pep. ML 2 likes
