... Let's wrap this ad-hoc world-astounding event up. For those of you that just walked in the door, I've been dropping a pre-sighted-in Leupold MR/T 2.5-8 scope mounted in our LT-204 mount on it's rifle once-a-day, then shooting just one (1) shot at a 1"red dot sitting at the end of our 100 yard underground tunnel, then taking scope back off and casing the rifle. Me on the trigger, and heck, I amazed even myself. As you can see, I almost missed the red dot on Day 3, whew. Anyhow, I know my mounts repeat within something under 0.100 moa (3/32"). And the gun/ammo combination is about 3/4" at 100 yards. Soooo, I got lucky and actually had the zero dialed in for it. A fly in the ointment is my 64 year old eyes looking through an 8 power scope. But alas, even with the loose nut behind the trigger, it all passed muster. Hope you enjoyed this little dalliance 🎯 ML

  -  laruetactical @countrywolf_tx ... No, a long time ago, in New Mexico, I drew my .500 Linebaugh and took aim at a LaRue automatic target 250 yards up the side of a hill. I did the Elmer Keith holdover and hit 1st shot. I should've put the pistol away instead of attempting to hit it again, because the witnesses saw me miss the 2nd shot by a mile and knew my 1st shot was nuttin' but luck. 6 likes
