douglasearl264 I cannot understand why people build shooting benches like this. This basically forces the shooter to be canted from the rifle. For 20 years not we have learned to be square behind the rifle. Cut the top of your shooting bench to be square at the back or horse shoe shaped if you want more area for your elbows and equipment. 2 likes

I had just won with a Tubb Spectacular and was changing barrels in the work area. A guy came up and started telling me I did not know how to change a barrel. I mean he dressed me down. I was doing exactly how Tubb was teaching guys and one of Tubb's good friends was teaching me. Tubb's buddy just looked at the guy and said " He just kicked your ass with the barrel put on that way". The guy laughed and said " I will shut up now"
