To make it easier to get your head around it, I'm reposting my "Hit a quarter" video in one piece. On a picnic table, I install the Siete's 26" 22-250 barrel, torque it with the LaRue 40 ft. lb. torque wrench, then put it's QD handguard on, then the Harris/LaRue HybridPod, then drop the Siete's bolt in, then mount the NightForce 5-25 with it's LaRue QD mount (LaRue QD mounts repeat within 0.087moa), then I move to the 100 yard tunnel, drop a round in the rifle, then smoke a quarter at 100 yards. And yeah, I know I don't have eye pro on ... but for some reason, I see through that 5-25 Nightforce better without my current glasses on 😎 ML

spentbrasscasing So here's the deal, as I get older, I start thinking to myself, how would I defend myself in a country that may turn itself upside down? Where I might be fighting or defending in my homeland, in my backyard or in some woodland? I'm too old for some SBR CQB all tac'd out with body armor looking like a hard target. Hell no. My 60 yrs old out of shape ass will be sitting on a hillside, drinking coffee, assembling my LaRue rifle that was broken down and hiding in some unsuspecting spot, and taking the morale out of some shit squad about 600 yds away. veloci3 Same scope on a 700 in 308 in a McMillan stock with jewel trigger. 14 out of 20 rem Sierra match through a quarter at 100yds. Had to save that target.
